OUR MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR REPAIRS?
YES. We warranty our repairs for 90 days after the repair is complete. There are exclusions to this. For more information, please visit our 'Warranties' page by clicking here.
WHAT VEHICLES DO YOU REPAIR?
We repair class A, B, B+ and C motorhomes as well as towables, 5th wheels and even horse trailers.
WHAT THINGS DO YOU REPAIR?
We have a lengthy list of items we repair. It is probably easier to highlight what we DO NOT repair. We do not repair or work on the following: Tires, brakes, gas or diesel engines (except generators), propane tanks, propane lines, shore power pedestals (these are 30 or 50 Amp outlets that you plug your shore power cord into), axles, drive shafts and welding.
DO YOU DO INSURANCE OR EXTENDED WARRANTY REPAIRS?

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
In general, we do not give refunds for service call fees, labor performed, materials used or parts. There are exceptions but it is up to our discretion to provide a refund, exchange or credit towards repairs. For more information please visit our 'Refund policy' page by clicking here.
