Warranty Policies

Labor performed by RONIN RV is warrantied for 90 days after the completion of a repair. If the failure of the repair is due to tampering by customer, RV owner and/or any other 3rd party, this warranty will be void and the cost of labor to redo a repair will be due to RONIN RV from customer and/or RV owner.

Parts provided by RONIN RV are warrantied for 90 days after the completion of a repair unless otherwise specified by the part manufacturer.

Example 1: RONIN RV technicians install a new Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioner. The air conditioner unit has a manufacturer warranty of 2 years.

Example 2: RONIN RV technicians install a new self-resetting 20 amp breaker. The breaker has a manufacturer warranty of 30 days. The new breaker fails 60 days after installation. RONIN RV will replace the breaker.

If the failure of the part provided by RONIN RV is due to tampering by customer, RV owner and/or any other 3rd party, this warranty will be void and the cost of a new part to redo a repair will be the customer and/or RV owner' responsibility to pay. 

Parts provided by the customer and/or RV owner or any other 3rd party WILL NOT be covered under RONIN RV parts warranty. This does not apply to parts that are still under manufacturer warranty.
