REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund and exchange policy is subject to change at anytime and without notice.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for labor performed, materials or parts used to complete a service, diagnosis or repair. Parts ordered by RONIN RV are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the part ordered if the customer cancels installation/repair of the ordered part on or before the scheduled date of installation/repair. Should a situation arise that forces RONIN RV and/or it’s representatives to exercise our right to refuse service, any monies given to us for deposit and/or parts will be forfeited by the customer. This does not include the rescheduling of services to be done on a different date and time then originally scheduled. Shipping is non refundable. Special order parts are non refundable. Parts that are shipped directly to the customer are non refundable.
EXCHANGES: In some cases, exchanges will be allowed so long as the part being exchanged has not been installed or altered. Part exchange is at the sole discretion of the company and is not guaranteed. The difference in part prices will be due prior to ordering a different part. If the price of the part being exchanged is more than the replacement, the difference will be refunded to the customer minus a 30% restocking fee of the cost of the part originally ordered. Shipping for parts is non exchangeable. Special order parts cannot be exchanged.
