This service includes the inspection of the following items: -Roof and seam leaks -A/C unit and functionality -Propane system functionality and leak detection -Outside lighting functionality and wiring -Leveling jacks functionality -Hitch integrity and trailer frame (5th wheels and small campers) -Chassis integrity and fluid leak detection (Motor homes) -Black and grey water drain valves -Fresh water holding tank and drain valves -Outside shower (if equipped) -Water heater functionality and leak detection -Electrical panel and fuses -Appliance functionality -Inside lighting functionality -Inside plumbing functionality and leak detection -Satellite or internet TV functionality *This service is an inspection only. An estimate for repairs will be given at the conclusion of the inspection.
