Service Description

This service includes inspection and maintenance the following items: -Roof sealant and membrane integrity -Window seals -Seam leaks -A/C unit functionality and cleaning -Outside lighting functionality and wiring -Leveling jack(s) -Hitch integrity and trailer frame (5th wheels and small campers) -Black and grey water holding tank and drain valves -Fresh water holding tank and drain valves -Outside shower (if equipped) -Water heater functionality and leak detection -Electrical panel and fuses -Appliance functionality -Inside lighting functionality -Inside plumbing functionality and leak detection -Satellite or internet TV functionality -Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and propane detectors -Fire extinguishers -Doors and locks -Cargo doors and locks -Electrical outlets (Inside and Out) -Electrical cord hookup -House battery analysis *This service is for inspection and maintenance only. An estimate for any repairs needed will be given at the conclusion of service.
